I played around with Flash while waiting for my ride for dinner the other day… It’s nothing spectacular coz it was a rushed kinda thing. And y’know, considering I used to loathe Flash with a passion… :P Especially during my Final Year Project days when we had to create a Flash website apart from a 3D project and also a TVC… Gosh. Just thinking about all that makes me oh so glad that FYP is overrrr. :D

So anyways. Hope everyone has a great Christmas holiday. :) New year’s weekend is coming next..!!

Hi! I nearly forgot I have a blog… That explains the lack of updates here. :P Also, I’ve been busybusy.. and well, I don’t touch my computer at home that much anymore. And let’s not even talk about the internet at my workplace which has been screwy since last week. Grrr.

Seeing as how I feel like catching up on sleep now, I guess I’ll just write a more proper update another time. LoL Procrastinating is just so fun. Wheee.

For now, I’m just gonna leave you guys with a photo. Randomly chosen, but it’s kinda nice for eye candy, no? ;)

Lookie what me and my galpals found at Rain Lounge the other night. And doesn’t he remind you of Taylor Hanson, sorta?? :)

I am SICK. :(

I haven’t been sick in a long time. Hmm. Head’s spinning and throbbing, throat’s sore and dry, body’s aching, and I feel a flu coming on. Good stuff. *sighs*

Well I guess I did have quite a dramatic weekend. Maybe all the excitement/stress have been building up and I’m physically going downnn. Argh. The weekend basically consisted of alcohol, French boys, pictures that no boyfriend should ever see, meeting back MMU folks who have moved on to other states, more alcohol, complicated love ties, witnessing the breakdown of a friend as he pukes like there’s no tomorrow after drinking like there’s no tomorrow, and delicious Chinese desserts. Haha. I’ll elaborate more in a separate post at some other time I guess.. Right now I’m just gonna focus on being sick. Blehs. :P

So there’s a newly opened Halo Cafe outlet in Klang, situated at Bukit Tinggi. And where exactly is Bukit Tinggi? I have no idea. I was just a blur passenger in the car, heh heh. :P I’d have snapped more photos, but I only had a lousy 0.3 megapixel phone camera with me along with a dimly-lit environment, so I’m sure you understand. ;)

So about two weeks back, I was at said Halo Cafe, sipping on some blue-coloured drink, and hanging out with Ed, EngSeen, and LeeChuan. We got to talking about our times spent at MMU… And don’t get me wrong, I actually do prefer working life to my studying days - it’s just a lot more stable with less stress and regular sleeping hours, and y’know, financial independence rocks! :D

But I won’t deny that I do miss university life at times… And the guys have made me miss it even more when they brought up a simple, even boring, routine we used to have - having dinner together! During our final year at MMU, most of the time we’d have our dinner at this Chinese restaurant near the apartment I shared with LapCheong and Raphael at Sri Kembangan. I even brought Sandy to try out the restaurant before. ;)

The restaurant serves the usual ‘Dai Chow’ (big fry?) dishes… And LeeChuan and EngSeen seem to have memorized everyone’s food ordering pattern which went something like this: LC would have roast pork with rice, Seen would order Gung Pao deer meat with rice, Jimmy and JiaJia would share a plate of sweet and sour pork with rice, Ed would have sweet and sour pork with rice as well but he’d eat it extra slowww which is why he earned the nickname Turbo :X, LapCheong would try a different dish each time, and I would almost always order the Singapore-style rice noodles. Haha. I can’t believe the guys actually remembered. Aww.

It really got me feeling nostalgic, and then I began to recall a whole lot of other stuff we used to do together as a gang… Going for a drink every night at the mamak, having bak kut teh breakfast at Dengkil at 6AM when we gotta pull an all-nighter to rush for assignments, going for a swim after class, engaging in MSN group chats to discuss past year papers in preparation for exams, playing DotA till morning, and who can forget the club outings and also the drinking sessions at people’s places.. Madness. We really managed to cram a lot into a few mere years, eh. :) Despite the conflicts and issues we had, I really still enjoyed getting to know this bunch of characters. And at the end of it all, I can only remember the good parts of our friendships. Life just won’t be the same without them, truly. <3

All rite, I’m done being mushy. LoL Now back to being sick. Yayy. -_-”
