I dunno why but Thursdays always have a way of making my spirits dip down, just a little. Maybe it’s the halfway point in the week’s stretch - where you’re worn out by the first three days, and the restful slumber that comes with the weekend is still that far away from your grasp.

I didn’t think there would come a day when I’d have nothing to say on my blog. But here it is now. Or really, it’s more like I don’t have anything that I particularly want to talk about here, heh.

Don’t get me wrong though. For the most part I’ve been a happy li’l dancing munchkin. Life’s been good to me lately. Even when I get into an angry or exasperated moment, or when discouragement and disappointment overwhelm me - all I have to do is to bring my mind back to that happy glowing place of yummy potatoes, nights infused with jasmine tea, addictive melodies, giggly conversations, and him (no, it’s not Edison Chen :P).

See, my Thursday is a little brighter now. :)

Is anyone still waiting for the tons of pictures that were promised sometime ago? Well keep waiting, and don’t lose faith! They’ll show up eventually LoL :D

Stepped onto the weighing scale this morning and found that I’ve lost another kg. That makes it 2kgs lost in less than a month.

Is there anything worse than seeing disappointment in your parents’ eyes? I don’t think so.

Sick of all the rain and gloomy grey skies. It’d be nice not to be greeted by a downpour for just one day.

Why do Mondays always have to come too soon? The weekend spent in Singapore seemed to pass by like a whirlwind. Whoosh! Thanks to Chris, Maverick and Kristen for a wonderful and fun-filled trip ♥ Shopping and MOS burgers and Pepper Lunch and night safari and clubbing, oh my! Haha.

Also thank you to the SIA folks - Jiun and Shah - for a good time at Velvet and Zouk. Of course, not forgetting a special thanks to Mr Tung Lee Chuan for the great hotel recommendation. Too bad we didn’t get to party enough together while at Velvet/Zouk. But there’ll be more partying to come I’m sure ;) And guess what? Today is his birthday, soooo…

It’s a really good day to sit and blank out and just stone. My energy level has officially gone flat. Hmm maybe one of these days I should try going to bed before 1.30AM.. :P

Anyway was having breakfast with SCG and Thiran this morning. SCG told us of how he had this nightmare he couldn’t wake up from. See, he dreamt about a ghost while taking a nap in his department’s meeting room, right before breakfast(!). He sounded pretty stressed up about that haha.

Thiran: The moral of the story is, don’t sleep while you’re at work!
SCG: Yeah I don’t wanna sleep in the meeting room ever again.
Me: Right. So where will you be sleeping next time?
SCG: I’ll have to find some other room for my naps.. hahahaha!
Thiran: *laughs*
Me: Ahahah.. Char dou.

Okay, don’t mind me. I get easily amused when I’m tired :D

Ahahah nice. :) But I don’t see why I had to get something related to drinking though… hmm what are you trying to say, Duncan?? :P

So yeahh Duncan is back from Africa for a couple of weeks! Thanks for all the cool and funky souvenirs… and for giving us each our very own Choice. ;)
