Well it seems that I’ve moved past those few dreadful weeks that were shrouded in an insomniac spell. *celebrates*

A night of good rest has never felt so precious until you can’t get it no matter what you do ;)

I can’t wait for this weekend - going back to the parents’ hometown for Chinese New Year. It’ll be great seeing my beloved grandfather, and the ever friendly aunts and uncles, and - this is truly the highlight of the trip - spending time with my cute li’l cousins who are ever entertaining with their nonstop giggling and running around :D

We’ll be staying at the Hyatt this time around which means we’ll be really close to the beach. Mom says she’s bored of the sand and the sea, having lived her entire childhood there. But that’s okay, I’ll appreciate the coastal experience twice as much, for the both of us :)

So did I say already that I can’t wait for the weekend?!
